Whether you meet us at our studio or connect online, the atmosphere will be guided, professional, yet inviting. We’ll ask the right questions, listen with intent, and begin shaping the vision that lives inside your mind.

What we explore in this step:

• Your lifestyle, goals, and functional needs

• The kind of atmosphere you want your space to embody

• Your design inspirations, practical constraints, and long-term expectations

• Timeline expectations and site-related queries

• Budget comfort ranges and delivery goals

• Preferred material styles and aesthetics

If you already have a floor plan, whether it’s a sanctioned layout, a rough sketch, or a developer-provided blueprint, we encourage you to bring it along. It gives our team a clearer starting point, and allows for more meaningful feedback in real time.

During this step, you will also:

• Speak directly to our lead architect or designer, who will help you envision how your needs can take shape

If your project involves a live site, a plot, an existing structure, or a property that’s ready to transform, we arrange a site visit.

This is not a formality. It’s a critical insight-gathering step where our team evaluates the space not just for construction, but for livability, feasibility, and spatial storytelling.

During the visit, we assess:

• Topography, plot levels, and surrounding orientation

• Access points, drainage patterns, and natural light flow

• Soil type and foundational possibilities

• Zoning, layout potential, and privacy considerations

• Existing structure conditions (for renovations or retrofitting)

This helps us envision >how your ideas will rise from the ground, quite literally.

Once you feel aligned with our values, our approach, and our process, we invite you to formally book your project with us. This is where mutual accountability begins, and where we dedicate our minds and resources exclusively to your project.

At this stage:

• Quotation is shared based on the package along with annexures and portfolio
• A nominal advance amount is collected to initiate the engagement
• We draft and sign a basic onboarding agreement tailored to your project scope
• You are introduced to your dedicated project lead and point of contact
• Your project is entered into our system and schedule, giving you a confirmed start slot

Only after this step do we proceed toward ideation and proposals,ensuring focus, protection, and quality at every layer.

Where ideas gain structure and imagination finds form Now that your journey has officially begun, we move into the creative core. Our design team works closely with the site team to develop concepts that don’t just look good, but feel right, for your goals, your habits, your light, and your story.

This stage includes:

• Tailored layout plans or concept sketches (2D)
• Visual moodboards, zoning options, and aesthetic narratives
• Dialogue on materials, textures, and finishes
• Scope planning and an early timeline structure
• Functional suggestions based on your lifestyle or commercial goals

Each idea presented at this stage is developed uniquely for you, not templated or reused, ensuring that your space begins as it should: with originality and thoughtfulness.

From vision to foundation, your project begins to breathe With concepts in place and the design approved, we proceed toward final working drawings, statutory approvals (if required), procurement planning, and phase-wise construction sequencing.

You are kept in sync at every milestone, from brick to polish, with smooth communication and on-ground leadership.
