With nearly four decades of experience in government and private construction, our Senior Advisor stands as the enduring spirit behind Shearoop. Having delivered a wide portfolio of public housing, hospitals, residential societies, and critical infrastructure across Uttar Pradesh, he brings invaluable wisdom from the field. His work has shaped communities, built reputations, and set a gold standard in project integrity. Even today, he remains hands-on, mentoring site teams, reviewing execution strategies, and reminding everyone that real leadership begins at the foundation. His legacy is not just in the buildings he’s created, but in the values he has cemented into Shearoop’s culture: precision, honesty, and lifelong accountability.

Leading Shearoop’s operations is a civil and environmental engineer whose work spans both site-level execution and boardroom strategy. With professional exposure across India and the UK, and having managed large-scale infrastructure projects from substations to waste-processing facilities, he blends structural logic with modern project delivery frameworks. His academic and professional training in engineering business management has sharpened his expertise in lifecycle planning, compliance, safety, and sustainable construction practices. From the excavation pit to final handover, he ensures every project runs like a well-oiled system, where quality is monitored, budgets are respected, and client communication is never compromised. His presence at Shearoop is defined by one philosophy: build as if it’s your own.

As the creative engine of Shearoop Constructions LLP and the founder of an independent architectural firm based in Jaipur, our Principal Architect leads with an eye for detail and a heart for design that elevates human experience. With over five years of diverse practice and 100+ successful projects across India and overseas, she brings a blend of global standards and local insight. Her studio is known for crafting boutique residential and commercial spaces that combine smart planning with aesthetic depth.
Her expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), 3D visualization, and detailed interior planning allows Shearoop to offer design-build solutions with remarkable precision and reduced site inefficiencies. From floor plans and elevations to ceiling layouts and turnkey interiors, every detail is deeply considered. More than visual appeal, her architecture is about intention, designing not just for today, but for life’s evolution.
She guides Shearoop’s design vision with a strong focus on:
